Since the close of the comment period, the WPC has repeatedly asked the government to make the comments public, and late yesterday afternoon (Friday May 3, 2024) the government released what they received during the DMP engagement window (November 24, 2023 to February 16, 2024). The government describes this as a proactive release. We note that this release coincides with a Freedom of Information request (WLR-2024-40922) initiated by a Law Firm on March 28, 2024. The full release is 2,254 pages long.
